Raymond Chip Tafrate is a licensed psychologist and Professor and Chairperson of the Criminology and Criminal Justice Department at Central Connecticut State University. Damon Mitchell is a licensed psychologist and Associate Professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Central Connecticut State University.
