Description
The Career Fitness Program: Exercising Your Options is a practical guide to help you find your best career "fit." You'll get a breadth of essential information about today's career realities and economy, along with guidance to identify your unique potential for change and growth. The text is organized around 3 career handles -- choice, change, and confirmation -- designed to assist you on the path to choosing, changing, or confirming your career choices.
The 11th Edition will inform the decision-making steps of your career choice with Personal Assessment, World of Work, and Job Search exercises. You'll also get beyond facts and figures to determine "What's in it for me?" as you assess opportunities to choose or change your path. The text also illustrates how skills acquired in college and beyond are transferable to the workplace.
