"Design and Make It!: Graphic Products for GCSE" has a flexible unit-based structure. The use of structured, as well as open-ended units ensures a balance between knowledge and understanding and designing and making. Each unit builds on the previous unit and provides a higher level of challenge. The units can be used as the basis for a ready-made sequence of lessons, or as support for delivering knowledge and understanding within other tasks set by the teacher. The series helps students to remember the theory, use correct terminology and tackles specific exam techniques. Delivered on CD-ROM, "Maximise Your Mark" aims to be an enjoyable, interactive experience that provides an insight into students' strengths and weaknesses in different areas of knowledge and understanding.
