Applied Science: Teacher's Guide

The double award GCSE Applied Science course has been available for all 14-19 years olds since September 2002, and is be especially suitable for those looking for a less crowded science curriculum. This Teacher's Guide has been written to support the Applied Science Pupil's book; it meets the new specifications, and is relevant across all awarding bodies. The contents match the students book, and are divided into major sections dealing with the theorectical knowledge required. There are a wealth of activities for each unit, designed to satisfy Awarding Body requirements for the teacher-assessed components of the qualification.
