Assignments: Advanced

The Longman Art and Design GNVQ resources consist of an Assignment Pack and a Student's book. Between them, these resources support students and teachers through all aspects of Art and Design at Advanced-level GNVQ. The Assignment Pack contains a set of photocopiable assignments, (288 in total) for Advanced level. These assignments offer a variety of means of covering every aspect of the mandatory and optional units at Advanced-level GNVQ. The Assignment Pack contains ideas for projects, gives teachers guidance on planning and developing project work and suggests ways of monitoring the results of student's work against GNVQ standards. The Student's book introduces students to the processes of GNVQs. It gives them guidance on planning and managing their work. It also contains everything required to cover the mandatory units in "Business Practice in GNVQ Art and Design" and "Presenting Your Work". The Student's Book offers students an insight into Art and Design in practice by providing a range of case study material and interviews with people working in Art and Design. It also contains suggestions for investigations and guidance on planning and giving presentations.
