Review of Personality Assessment Instruments for Use in Occupational Settings: Level B

This review provides an independent description and evaluation of 30 Level B personality tests. It follows a format similar to that used in the companion volume, "Review of Psychometric Tests for Assessment in Vocational Training" for Level A tests. Each test is impartially evaluated, using a detailed proforma, by two people selected by the editorial board for their relevant knowledge and expertise. These reports are then used by a panel of consulting editors to compile the published "Review". This work should be of interest to all those involved in choosing and using personality assessment instruments in occupational settings. It is suitable for both psychologists and non-psychologists.
