Joao Luis de Miranda is Professor at ESTG-Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestao (IPPortalegre) and Researcher in Optimization methods and Process Systems Engineering (PSE) at CERENA-Centro de Recursos Naturais e Ambiente (IST/ULisboa).
