David das Neves lives with his wife and a small Norwich Terrier close to Dachau, Germany. He was born and grew up in Germany, but his name is Portuguese and means "from the snows.". He is a typical IT guy and started his career as a software engineer. Afterward, he moved into consultancy and customer-facing roles at companies like Microsoft and Google, with the latest stop being Media Markt Saturn. There he works as a Principal Engineer focusing on the Cloud topics, directly reporting to the VP level.
