Persons
Chien-Ming Chen. received the Ph.D. degree from the National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Computer Science and Technology, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Shandong, China. He has published more than 80 SCI-Indexed International journals. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE ACCESS and an Executive Editor for the International Journal of Information Computer Security. He is a Senior Member of IEEE. His current research interests include network security, IoT, blockchain and big data.
Shu-Chuan Chu received the Ph.D. degree in 2004 from the School of Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics, Flinders University of South Australia. She joined Flinders in December 2009 after 9 years at the Cheng Shiu University, Taiwan. She has been the Research Fellow in the College of Science and Engineering of Flinders University, Australia from 2009. Currently, she is the Research Fellow and Ph.D. Supervisor in the College of Computer Science and Engineering of Shandong University of Science and Technology. Her research interests are mainly in Evolutionary Computation, Swarm Intelligence, Wireless Sensor Networks.
Prof. Dr. Roumen Kountchev, D.Sc. is with the Faculty of Telecommunications, Dept. of Radio Communications and Video Technologies - Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He has over 400 papers published in magazines and conference proceedings, 21 books, 50 book chapters; 21 patents. A member of Euro Mediterranean Academy of Arts and Sciences; President of Bulgarian Association for Pattern Recognition (member of IAPR); Editorial board member of IJBST Journal Group; Editorial board member of: Intern. J. of Reasoning-based Intelligent Systems; Intern. J. Broad Research in Artificial Intelligence and Neuroscience, Intern. J. of Computational Vision and Robotics; Intern.
