Kjell B. Zandin, a native of Gothenburg, Sweden, was a leader in industrial engineering with over 35 years of consulting experience. As an owner and director of H. B. Maynard and Company (now part of Accenture), he developed and introduced the revolutionary MOST Work Measurement Technique to the U.S. in 1975. Zandin received the Technical Innovation in Industrial Engineering Award and the Royal Charter Award for his significant contributions. He served on key committees, was Editor-in-Chief of the 5th edition of Maynard's Industrial Engineering Handbook, and held fellowships in prominent engineering organizations.
Therese M. Schmidt was the editor of two previous editions of the MOST Work Measurements Systems book and is a certified Master Instructor in the BasicMOST, MiniMOST, and MaxiMOST Systems. Ms. Schmidt has delivered MOST Certification training for clients in a variety of industries. Ms. Schmidt has been an integral part of the training development team acting as a subject matter expert for the MOST Certification programs through the Accenture Workforce Optimization Academy and has worked with Accenture partners across the globe to continue to expand MOST worldwide.
