Tubular Structures XIIIcontains the latest scientific and engineering developments in the field of tubular steel structures, as presented at the 13th International Symposium on Tubular Structures (ISTS13), Hong Kong, 15 - 17 December 2010. The International Symposium on Tubular Structures (ISTS) has a longstanding reputation for being the principal showcase for manufactured tubing and the prime international forum for discussion of research, developments and applications in this field. The Symposium presentations herein include one invited ISTS Kurobane Lecture together with all the technical papers.
