Persons
Peng You was born in Fengcheng, Jiangxi, China. He received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), Changsha, China, in 2005, 2008, and 2014, respectively, all in electrical engineering. Since 2014, he has been a Lecturer with the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, NUDT. His current research interests include the design of architecture for space information networks and cognitive radar.
Yuhui Zheng (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in chemistry and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), Nanjing, Jiangsu, China, in 2004 and 2009, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Computer Science, Qinghai Normal University, Xining, China. His research interests cover image processing, pattern recognition, and remote sensing information systems.
