Dr. Mengying Si received her M.E. degree in College of Environment and Resources from Xiangtan University, Xiangtan, China, in 2016 and the Ph.D. degree in Institute of Environmental Science and Engineering from School Central South University, Changsha, China, in 2019. Since Nov. 2013, Dr. Si has been in School of Metallurgy and Environment, Central South University, as a lecturer. Dr. Si focuses on the remediation of heavy metal-contaminated soil. Her recent research interests include: environmental functional stabilization materials, biomineralization, interface behavior of multimedia, microbial remediation, etc. Since 2023, Dr. Si has published more than 20 peer-reviewed technical papers in international journals. She served as a reviewer of several international journals.
