Now she is Director of The Centre for Educational Enhancement and Development at the University of St Andrews. Catriona is a Fellow of CIPD and has a Masters in Organisational Psychology. She has 20 years of experience in skills development and is passionate about improving the student experience. She recently led the introduction of the graduate attributes framework at the University of St Andrews.
