Kenneth Wilson performs as The Poetical Cellist. He writes poetry that gets to the heart of our human nature, inspiring us to join him on an exploration of life's loves and endings. The Definitions of Kitchen Verbs features in his solo touring show of the same name, in which poetry and music aid and abet each other, and add up to an unforgettable experience.
Kenneth Wilson lives in rural Cumbria, in the North of England, where he plants trees and tries to walk lightly on the earth. In times past he has been a property developer, and a Vicar in the Church of England. He also founded and ran Soul of India Tours Ltd., and has led many spiritual-interest tours to India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Tibet.
His book, Orange Dust: Journeys After the Buddha, was described by His Holiness the Dalai Lama as "inspirational and uplifting."
He will usually respond to friendly emails addressed to poeticalcello@gmail.com
