Christopher D. Webster is Professor Emeritus ofPsychiatry at the University of Toronto, Canada, as well asProfessor Emeritus of Psychology at Simon Fraser University. AFellow of the Canadian Psychological Association, the AmericanPsychological Association and the Royal Society of Canada, hispublications include the first edition of this volume(Wiley-Blackwell, 2007), and Essential Writings in RiskAssessment and Management (2007), which he co-edited. Quazi Haque is Executive Medical Director forPartnerships in Care, one of the largest providers of mental healthservices in the UK. A Fellow of the UK Royal College ofPsychiatrists and former lecturer at the Institute ofPsychiatry's Home Office Teaching Unit, he collaborated withChristopher Webster in developing a structured professionaljudgement training programme at the Institute of Psychiatry atKings College London. Stephen J. Hucker is Professor of Psychiatry at theUniversity of Toronto, Canada. A specialist in forensic psychiatry,he is a former head of the forensic programs at Toronto'sClarke Institute of Psychiatry and has lectured widely on forensicpsychiatry both to scientific and professional audiences. Hemaintains a private practice and is frequently called as an expertwitness in legal cases.
