Kreyn wakes in absolute darkness?bound, broken, and stripped of memory. He does not know who he is, what he has done, or why he is imprisoned in a place so ancient and merciless that even time seems to avoid it.

When an angel named Caelum descends into the abyss, Kreyn believes his end has come. Caelum was sent to confirm a simple truth: if the prisoner has awakened, he must be destroyed.
