Dr. Warren previously worked for ConocoPhillips for on CO2 capture research and as a reservoir engineer for heavy oil and tight gas assets. She has worked with the US Department of Energy, learning about and contributing to domestic and international policy around carbon management and power generation. She also worked for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), a US government agency that works on international development. At MCC, she provided energy expertise and contributed to the development of energy projects.
Dr. Warren owns and runs a consulting company called Energy Research Consulting (www.EngrRC.com) which provides energy and water solutions and strategies. Dr. Warren recently published a textbook titled "A Practical Guide to Oil & Gas Resource Characterization for Geologists and Reservoir Engineers."
