Dr. Quinta Warren is an energy and sustainability professional. As the Founder and CEO of Energy Research Consulting, she leads delivery of sustainable energy solutions.
Dr. Warren's experience includes key roles at prominent organizations such as Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport where she leads sustainability initiatives including the publishing of the Airport's annual ESG report. She was previously with Consumer Reports, where she steered the development of legislative, regulatory, and corporate engagement strategies, championing sustainability on behalf of consumers. She co-authored a major CR survey report on consumer attitudes toward electric vehicles and low carbon fuels. She testified before the US Congress about the consumer benefits of the historic clean energy provisions in the Inflation Reduction Act.
Dr. Warren also brought her expertise to ConocoPhillips, where she conducted research on novel CO 2 capture methods, and optimization of oil and gas extraction processes. She was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Fellow with the Department of Energy and the Millennium Challenge Corporation, shaping domestic and international policies on carbon management and electricity generation.
Dr. Warren holds a Ph.D. in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
