Wang Zizong, Deputy Chief Engineer of Sinopec, also serves as the Director of the Information and Digital Management Department and Chairman of SINOPEC Engineering. He holds the title of senior engineer at the professor level. Wang possesses extensive expertise in petrochemical engineering design, investment control, project construction, and management. He has successfully addressed critical technical challenges in the process and engineering design of various petrochemical units such as ethylene, MTO, polyethylene, and polypropylene. Wang has been honored with multiple prestigious awards, including the National and Sinopec Science and Technology Progress Awards, Outstanding Engineering Design Awards , and Outstanding Engineering Consulting Awards . His significant contributions have played a crucial role in advancing the domestic production of petrochemical units. Wang is the author of several publications, including "Petrochemical Design Manual", "Ethylene and Propylene Production Technology and Economic Analysis", and "HSSE Management of Overseas Refinery Project".
