Though some ideas may just "fall from the sky" or "come out of the blue", an organization should also have a strategic vision of how the business and the enterprise will successfully develop. It should not just wait for the innovation to arrive arbitrarily, but rather proactively plan for innovation incorporating market trends, the competitive landscape, new technology availability, and changes in customer preferences and trends in order to create a flexible in-house innovation process. Rick has successfully lead international and domestic executives in procurement, hospitality, facilities maintenance operations, government, water management, healthcare, education, logistics, engineering, construction, and manufacturing to meet measurable strategic goals. He is a creative and strategic thinker with proven measurable results directly affecting the bottom line ($110 Million/yr) through integrated Strategic Sourcing, Information Technology Integration, Strategic Organizational Transformation, Lean Six Sigma Methodology and Program & Project Management approaches and focuses on alignment of corporate resources toward the goals of the organization in order to redesign or improve the business processes and create performance measures that can be used to determine success.
