The digital era leverages blockchain and IoT technologies to revolutionize sustainability by enabling real-time resource monitoring, reducing waste, and providing transparent supply chain verification. This book examines sustainability and organizational transformation through comprehensive analysis supported by tables, charts, and references, offering practical guidance for modern sustainable business practices.
Sustainable Innovations and Performance of Organizations in the Age of Digitalization presents how blockchain technology enhances transparency and traceability in supply chains, ultimately verifying the sustainability of sourcing practices and materials. Additionally, it discusses how digital platforms contribute to the development of circular economy models by enhancing the tracking and recycling of products throughout their lifecycle. The book also highlights innovative solutions that enable businesses to adopt more sustainable practices, thereby reducing their environmental impact. By examining sustainability and organizational challenges, this offers to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
A valuable resource for students, graduates, educators, researchers, and professionals in logistics, supply chain management, green logistics, production, leadership, organization, sustainability, and digitalization.

System requirements:
- Computer (Windows; MacOS X; Linux): Use the free software Adobe Reader, Adobe Digital Editions, or any other PDF viewer of your choice (see eBook Help).
- Tablet/Smartphone (Android; iOS): Install the free app Adobe Digital Editions or another reading app for eBooks, e.g., PocketBook (see eBook Help).

The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
