Person
Richard Tyler is the owner of consultancy BTFI, which was established in 2004 with a view to shaking things up a little: attitudes, mindsets, beliefs systems, cultures and behaviours. BTFI currently works with many global organisations from retail, banking, law, customer service and health. The past 12 months have seen Richard and his team deliver programmes across the USA, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore and beyond. He speaks around the globe to organizations who need to embrace the leap towards extraordinary. Only the brave will work with Richard and his team. Those that like to remain comfortable will look elsewhere. Those that are curious will take the jolt! After having spent 8 years as a leading man in London's West End in musicals such as Les Miserables and The Phantom of the Opera, Richard trained as a behavioural psychologist and coach specializing in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Spiral Dynamics and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Combining his areas of expertise: performance, psychology and organization development; Richard's workshops use the power of music and performance to place leaders and managers outside of their comfort zones and quickly allow them to recognize the habits and limiting beliefs that are holding them back in their business and personal lives. Richard is often invited to speak on radio and write for trade journals.

System requirements
File format: PDF
Copy-Protection: Adobe-DRM (Digital Rights Management)
System requirements:
- Computer (Windows; MacOS X; Linux): Install the free reader Adobe Digital Editions prior to download (see eBook Help).
- Tablet/smartphone (Android; iOS): Install the free app Adobe Digital Editions or the app PocketBook before downloading (see eBook Help).
- E-reader: Bookeen, Kobo, Pocketbook, Sony, Tolino and many more (only limited: Kindle).
The file format PDF always displays a book page identically on any hardware. This makes PDF suitable for complex layouts such as those used in textbooks and reference books (images, tables, columns, footnotes). Unfortunately, on the small screens of e-readers or smartphones, PDFs are rather annoying, requiring too much scrolling.
This eBook uses Adobe-DRM, a „hard” copy protection. If the necessary requirements are not met, unfortunately you will not be able to open the eBook. You will therefore need to prepare your reading hardware before downloading.
Please note: We strongly recommend that you authorise using your personal Adobe ID after installation of any reading software.
