Description
An undercover CIA officer, just back from a walk, gets killed in a hit-and-run in Erdut, Croatia, just after the war. The UN investigator he was chatting with disappears. The Irish Republican Army are trying to buy weapons from Serb irregular forces but their quartermaster gets more than he bargained for. It is a lucrative business, people trafficking.
