The first paper &quote;A Literature Review of Routine Maintenance in High-Rise Residential Buildings: A Theoretical Framework and Directions for Future Research &quote; aims to review the implementation of preventive maintenance and importance of routine maintenance frequency for the building facilities and services in high-rise residential buildings. The second paper &quote;Maintenance prioritization - a review on factors and methods&quote; contains a state of the art on publications and discussion related to the factors, methods and suggestions on the strategic aspect of maintenance prioritization. It offers insights and information on the current body of knowledge to academics, researchers, maintenance managers, practitioners, and stakeholders concerned with asset management. The third paper &quote;Determining a conceptual framework for safe and sustainable healthcare waste management (SSHCWM) implementation in healthcare facilities&quote; explores current sustainable facilities management knowledge and practice focusing specifically on sustainable waste management implementation in healthcare facilities with an aim to conceptualise a framework for assessing performance and impact of successful implementation of safe and sustainable healthcare waste management on healthcare provision. The fourth paper&quote; Integration of point cloud data and hyperspectral imaging as a data gathering methodology for refurbishment projects using building information modelling (BIM) &quote; In this study, the technological feasibility and advantages of the integration of laser scanning and hyperspectral imaging (the latter not having previously been used in the construction context in its own right) is discussed and an example of the use of a new integration technique is presented, applied for the first time in the context of buildings. The fifth paper &quote;A review of factors affecting carbon sequestration at green roofs&quote; presents literature on carbon sequestration and green roofs performance that focus on the factors that affect carbon sequestration. The seventh paper &quote;The driving factors to rental depreciation of purpose built office (PBO) buildings: a PLS-SEM approach&quote; the primary objective of this study is to identify the relationship of building characteristics and location factors namely green building classifications, location and site (LOT), building engineering and services (BES), and building appearance and design (BAD) that contribute to rental depreciation in the Golden Triangle Area of Kuala Lumpur (KLGTA).
