Tetiana Trofusha wurde 1991 geboren und wuchs in München auf. Für das Studium der Audiovisuellen Medien zog sie nach Stuttgart. Nach dem Bachelor begann sie, Drehbuch an der Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg zu studieren. Mit "Coming home" wurde sie für den Deutschen Science-Fiction-Preis und den Kurd-Laßwitz-Preis nominiert. Aktuell arbeitet sie, neben studentischen Filmprojekten und ihrem Debütroman, an der Filmadaption von "Coming home".

After her bachelor's degree she began to study screenwriting at the Film Academy Baden-Württemberg. Currently, she is working on the film adaptation of "Coming home" alongside other student film projects and her debut novel.
