Rashmi Rai is an MBA, PhD, working as an Assistant Professor in School of Business and Management, Christ (deemed to be) University. She is also the coordinator of MBA (International Business) Program at her University. Her main area of interest are the emerging issues of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She has keen interest in research that includes varied topics like Quality of Work Life, successful ageing and work life balance.
Ingrid Van Rompay-Bartels holds a M.A and Ph.D. from Leiden University, the Netherlands. She is currently a senior lecturer in intercultural learning at International School of Business at HAN University of Applied Sciences. As a researcher, she also works for the Research Centre of International Business focusing on global citizenship, intercultural learning & competence, diversity & inclusion, and intercultural (virtual) collaboration.
