Amoxtli and his allies decide to oversee the vaccine distribution to Latin America and the rest of the countries too poor to acquire Volkov's vaccine.
They start in Mexico and hire the services of the iconic freight train known as "The Beast" to help with transportation and distribution. Volkov, desperate to retain his monopoly, recruits Mexican organized crime partners to attack the train which will be heavily defended by the Mexican military and police forces.
In an effort to draw the Aztecs into a confrontation, Volkov plans to attack The Beast when it has a full load of much-needed vaccines and hundreds of desperate men, women and children fleeing violence and poverty. Killing Amoxtli is Volkov's top priority, and he has no remorse for the collateral damage he could cause in his endeavor.
Amoxtli's team, working alongside the Mexican government forces, must ensure the safe passage of the precious cargo or else risk catastrophic loss of life throughout their motherland and beyond.
