Leroy Thompson has trained and advised military and police special operations units around the world, especially on the tactical use of firearms. He is the author of over 50 books including Great Combat Handguns, and appeared as a weapons expert on documentaries for Discovery, National Geographic and the BBC.
Peter Dennis studied illustration at Liverpool Art College. He has since contributed to hundreds of books, predominantly on historical subjects, including many Osprey titles.
