Dennis Thompson is Professor Emeritus in educationalpsychology at Georgia State University. He has written widelyon cognitive development during adulthood and the history ofpsychology and is the author of more than 50 publications.. Theseinclude A History of Developmental Psychology inAutobiography (edited with John D. Hogan, 1996) and ClassicFilms for Psychology (2006). He is editor of The Journal ofGenetic Psychology. John D. Hogan is Professor of Psychology at St. John'sUniversity in New York. He is a fellow of the AmericanPsychological Association and has been president of two of itsdivisions - the Society for General Psychology and InternationalPsychology. His previous books include International psychology:Views From Around the World (edited with Virginia S. Sexton,1992) and A History of Psychology in Autobiography (editedwith Denis N. Thompson, 1996). Philip M. Clark is an emeritus professor of psychology atOhio State University. He is a fellow of the Association forPsychological Science and of the American Educational ResearchAssociation. He has had extensive editorial experience, hasserved as co-editor of Genetic, Social, and General PsychologyMonographs, and is currently a consulting editor for the Journal ofGenetic Psychology.
