Depth Charge Alley
The Mission of U 47
September 1939. Germany's most daring U-boat commander receives a mission many consider impossible: penetrate the heavily defended naval anchorage at Scapa Flow in the Orkney Islands and destroy as many British warships as possible.
To help clear the way, two German spies operating in the Orkneys gather vital intelligence on defenses, tides, and patrols. But British counter-intelligence has begun to close the net. As suspicion falls on the agents and security tightens around Scapa Flow, every hour becomes critical.
With enemy destroyers hunting them, secret plans unraveling, and the trap slowly closing, U 47's crew, and the spies, find themselves in a deadly race against time. Success could make history. Failure could mean paying the ultimate price..
Depth Charge Alley is a gripping World War II naval thriller of espionage, courage, and the insanity of War.
