Book Description
If Christ has not been raised, your faith is useless. With those words, the Apostle Paul places the resurrection at the very centre of the Christian Gospel. This book explores why.
Drawing from Paul's teaching in 1 Corinthians 15, the witness of the prophets, the drama of the crucifixion, and the cosmic conflict that began in Eden, this book traces the story of humanity's greatest enemy-death-and the One who came to destroy it. From the tearing of the temple veil to the opening of the graves in Jerusalem, from Hosea's ancient prophecy to Paul's triumphant declaration, the message is clear: Jesus Christ has broken the power of death.
In a world fascinated by counterfeit resurrections and haunted by the fear of mortality, this book points to the true victory that changes everything. Jesus did not come to help us cope with death; He came to conquer it. His resurrection is not a symbol, not a metaphor, but the decisive moment in history when the last enemy was defeated.
Death Defeated invites readers to rediscover the Gospel as the announcement of Christ's triumph over sin, death, and the devil-and to embrace the life, hope, and certainty that flow from His empty tomb.
