Description
Das Patientenzimmer ist die kleinste Zelle des Organismus Krankenhaus. Sein Aufbau bestimmt die Struktur der Bettenstation und ist somit ein maßgeblicher Faktor für das gesamte Gebäude.
Viele Anforderungen sind zu erfüllen. Das Wohlbefinden des Patienten lässt sich durch die Gestaltung positiv beeinflussen: wohnliche Materialien, der Blick nach draußen und eine gewisse Privatsphäre sind hier wichtige Aspekte. Ebenso wichtig sind die Arbeitsbedingungen für das Personal, insbesondere kurze Wege und effiziente Pflegehandgriffe. Zuletzt kann sogar das Infektionsrisiko durch eine intelligente Grundrissanordnung gesenkt werden.
