"In conclusion, this book was easy to follow, informative, and described important techniques used in daily activities with rabbits in greater detail. I recommend this book as a helpful guide for any persons interested in rabbit care and medicine. It is written in such a fashion that anyone from a high school student up to a laboratory animal veterinarian can use it and learn something new and interesting about using rabbits in research."-Jenelle Johnson, DVM, Purdue University, Journal of the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science, March 2011
"The second editions of The Laboratory Swine and The Laboratory Rabbit are enhanced with full color illustrations. Both books have an extensively updated section on anesthesia, analgesia and use of humane techniques in animal research. ... Both new additions are valuable additions to the laboratory animal library collection."
-Nanette Kleinman, writing in ACLAM Newsletter, September 2010
