Persons
Russell Moffatt is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner specialising in private housing regulation and has worked on the frontline in London for 20 years. He qualified with a B.Sc. (Hons) Environmental Health at Greenwich University in 2002 and achieved his Masters in Public Health at King's College, London in 2006. Russell is a cofounder of Metastreet Ltd and co-created a post graduate CPD course with Dr Jill Stewart in Advanced Private Sector Housing Regulation.
