What a treasure will be found in General Washington's cabinet, when it shall pass into the hands of as candid a friend to truth as he was himself!"
This is a primer in Franklin Cryptography. The 2nd amendment was a literary sleight of hand by design and was intended to be final legacy of the US Constitution or the "treasure".
