Confidence Quotient

You may feel like a confident person but we've all been there when we hear that little voice that creeps up in your head saying "you're really going to screw this up." That little voice in your head, is like a saboteur and I call her Karen (sorry Karen's of the world). You'll meet her in my Confidence Quotient book, and she starts talking full blast and high speed. You freeze, you second guess yourself, sometimes, if you are honest, you walk away.
