Professor Zhaohan Sheng has been engaged in research and teaching for more than 35 years in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management. He is Recognized Leader in Megaproject Management in China. He has been awarded the title of "National Young Experts with Outstanding Contributions". After serving at Southeast University as Dean of Economics and Management School, Dean of Graduate School, and Vice President of Southeast University, he founded the Engineering and Management School at Nanjing University, where he served as first Dean of the school.
