Lorraine McCall is a quantitative analyst with a Doctorate in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She was a charter employee with the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. She worked extensively with the Office of Field Operations and with the Office of Border Patrol at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, as well as on international and trade issues. At U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Dr. McCall conducted studies of immigration fraud and at the recently renamed Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency, she served as a senior advisor and analyst.
