Are you tired of carrying weight that was never yours?
From family expectations to society's rules to toxic relationships, we all end up holding baggage that doesn't belong to us. And the more you carry, the heavier life feels.
That's Not My Shit is your permission slip to finally set it down.
Through raw honesty, personal stories, reflection prompts, and simple exercises, Mark Sebby guides you on a journey to:
✅ Recognize the baggage you've inherited from others ✅ Release toxic attachments and suffocating expectations ✅ Redefine success on your own terms ✅ Build a lighter, freer, more authentic life
This isn't about avoiding responsibility-it's about knowing what's truly yours to carry and what you need to leave behind.
If you've ever felt crushed by guilt, drained by relationships, or trapped by "shoulds" that don't serve you, this book will help you reclaim your peace, your power, and your voice.
It's time to drop the weight, live your truth, and say it out loud: That's not my shit.
