As an independent consultant, using graphical approaches, he has worked as a coach, trainer and developer for Universities and research institutes all over the world, as well as leading acclaimed events and programmes in the public and private sectors. He has previously co-authored or edited six books about professional development, coaching, supervision, and leadership.
