J. L. Schneider writes character-driven fiction set against the vivid backdrop of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. His stories blend suspense, romance, danger, and deeply human relationships, creating worlds where ordinary people are often pushed into extraordinary situations.
Schneider is the author of multiple series including The House Next Door, The Monster Series, and the Jessie Carr novels. His work explores the complexity of love, loyalty, and survival, often weaving together crime, politics, and passion in ways that keep readers turning pages.
When he isn't writing, Schneider continues to build new stories and characters, always returning to the rich culture and atmosphere of New Orleans that inspires so much of his work.
