This book presents the papers included in the proceedings of the 7th International Conference of Reliable Information and Communication Technology 2023 (IRICT 2023) that was held in Pulai Springs Resorts, Johor, Malaysia on 27-28, December 2023. IRICT 2023 is organized by the Yemeni Scientists Research Group (YSRG) and Big Data Center in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Malaysia) in collaboration with Association for Information Systems - Malaysia Chapter (MyAIS) and College of Engineering, IT and Environment at Charles Darwin University (Australia). IRICT2023 is a forum for the presentation of technological advances in the field of Information and Communication Technology. The main theme of the conference is "Advances in Intelligent Computing Techniques and Applications". The book discusses several research topics such as Health Informatics, Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing, Data Science, Big Data Analytics, Internet of Things (IoT), Intelligent Communication Systems, Cyber Security, and Information System. These papers were presented in three parallel sessions during the two days.

Persons
Faisal Saeed is a Senior Lecturer at College of Computing and Digital Technology, Birmingham City University (BCU), UK. He is leading Smart Health Lab at Data Analytics and AI Research Group in BCU. Previously he worked as Assistant/Associate Professor at Taibah University, KSA from 2017-2021, and as Senior Lecturer at Faculty of Computing, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia from 2014-2017. Faisal received his BSc in Computers (Information Technology) from Cairo University, Egypt (2005), MSc in Information Technology Management and PhD in Computer Science from UTM in 2010 and 2013 respectively. He published several papers in indexed journals and international conferences. He served as general chair of ten international conferences and guest editor of several indexed Journals. His research interests are data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, information retrieval and health informatic.
Fathey Mohammed is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Business Analytics, Sunway University, Malaysia. With a dynamic academic journey, he obtained his B.Sc in Computer Engineering from the University of Isfahan, Iran in 2003, followed by an M.Sc in Information Technology from Tarbiat Modarres University, Tehran, Iran in 2005. In 2017, he completed his Ph.D in Information Systems at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Johor, Malaysia. His scholarly pursuits are deeply rooted in exploring the transformative power of technology innovation, particularly in realms such as cloud computing, social media, and blockchain applications. Dr. Mohammed's research extends beyond the technical realm, delving into the impacts of digital transformation on society, organizational dynamics, and individual behaviors. Dr. Mohammed's prolific contributions to academia are evident through his extensive publication record, comprising over 50 scientific papers. These works have found homes in prestigious journals and international conferences. Furthermore, his editorial expertise is demonstrated by his oversight of nine books published by Springer.
Yousef Fazea is an Assistant Professor at Marshall University's Department of Computer Sciences and Electrical Engineering. Holding a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University Utara Malaysia, his academic prowess extends across various fronts. Dr. Fazea has authored over 60 peer-reviewed papers and serves as an editor for esteemed journals, including the Springer Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies. His research, recognized with prestigious awards, focuses on next-gen computing, telecommunications, encryption, and network security. Actively engaged in professional societies like IEEE and ISOC, Dr. Fazea's contributions significantly enrich the landscape of computer science.
