Dr. Charles M. Russo, Ph.D. is a seasoned intelligence professional, educator, and author with more than 30 years of service across the U.S. Intelligence Community, FBI, and U.S. Navy. A veteran of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, Dr. Russo's career has spanned national security, counterterrorism, and intelligence analysis. Following his federal service, he transitioned into academia, serving as a professor, program director, and keynote speaker in criminal justice, homeland security, and critical thinking. He is the author of several books, including Precision in Perspective: Critical Thinking for Analytical Minds and Safeguarding Analytical Integrity, and is the founder of Spartan University?an initiative dedicated to advancing education in intelligence, ethics, and analytical reasoning.
