Darlene Russ-Eft is Professor Emeritus of Adult and Higher Education in the College of Education at Oregon State University, USA and a clinical faculty member in the Department of Technology Leadership and Innovation at Purdue University, USA. Her research focuses on issues related to workplace education and learning, leadership development, ethics, and evaluation of human resource development interventions. She is a Past President of the Academy of Human Resource Development and a past Editor of Human Resource Development Quarterly .
Amin Alizadeh is Assistant Professor of Human Resource Development in the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences in the College of Education and Human Development at the University of Delaware, USA. He also serves as the program coordinator for the Human Resources Administration major. His research interests include HRD ethics, leadership development, work-life balance, and virtual HRD.
