Description
The Grounded (Rider Edition) begins with a moral event the world cannot debate or repeal. After The Pulse, anyone who has ever held true intent to harm can no longer rise above three feet. The Untethered keep their height; the Grounded remain below. No authority enforces this law. No system monitors it. It simply is.
