Person
Julian Rodriguez Jr. is a Forensic Financial Researcher and Technical Consultant specializing in the diagnostic evaluation of U.S. and Mexican fiscal systems. With two decades of operational experience, his work focuses on the intersection of complex regulatory frameworks and the behavioral heuristics of wealth management.
Currently, Julian is codifying years of field experience into formal academic research, specifically the development of the Systemic Intent Shadow (SIS) framework. His research focuses on the reconciliation of U.S.-Mexico tax treaties and the diagnostic analysis of administrative latency. He serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for matters involving cross-border fiscal systems, FINRA/AMIB regulatory alignment, and technical data integrity.
A former member of the United States Air Force (Logistics), Julian applies a disciplined, "zero-defect" operational perspective to financial systems. He is a member of the World Affairs Council and is dedicated to establishing technical clarity in the field of international finance through both his professional practice and his published research on SSRN.
