Belaid Rettab is the Chief Economist & Senior Director for Economic Research & Sustainable Business Development at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has written several reports on CSR in the Middle East and published widely in scholarly journals. Before moving to the UAE, he was a Lecturer in micro-economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and Economic Research Manager at EIM, the Netherlands. He also served for many years as an International Consultant for the European Union, UN, the World Bank and several national governments. He is member of The International Chamber of Commerce's Commissions on Economic Policy, and Corporate Social Responsibility and Anti-Corruption.
Kamel Mellahi is a Senior Manager at the Centre of Responsible Business at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He has published extensively on CSR and management in the Middle East. He has published 8 books and over 100 scholarly articles. A former Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Ma nagement Reviews, he is currently an Associate Editor of the British Journal of Management and Senior Editor for Strategy and the Environment at the Journal of World Business.
