Persons
Faizur Rashid has worked within the academic industry for over twenty years, of which fifteen years of experience was gained in university settings. He developed a wide range of skills in teaching, research, and administration that meet, and exceed, expectations. A village boy journeyed from a small village to abroad. Growing up in an area with low literacy levels required him to prove himself, every step of the way. He achieved his success when he received his first award of excellence among hundreds of teachers in PGTs from MICA Ranchi in India, in 2004.
In his teaching career, he passed through various roles as a teacher, coordinator, and vice-principal that helped students succeed. As a teacher, he realized his duty to apply himself to every situation, including assignments, delivering lectures, discipline, managing the expectations of the students, answering questions, practice stages, work plan implementation, methods, or research, and adoption of an environment that fosters and encourages learning.
As far as school, NGO, college, and university experiences are concerned, he has enjoyed teaching and learning at all levels related to his research interests. Hundreds of the students were inspired by him to pursue the course of computer science.
He relishes the opportunity to bring bright ideas and a new level of success to all organizations he is a part of. He has published a few research papers, successfully designed and developed curriculums adopted by his current university, and was most recently motivated to write his first book Digital Freedom with his wife and co-author Sadaf Rashid. Together they've endured sleepless nights after working long hours and being parents to two children, to write this book.
Sadaf Rashid was born in the district of Warangal and bought up in Maharashtra, India. She completed her Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science and later completed Microsoft Certification in .NET. She worked in a small company as a software developer after receiving her professional certification in .NET and C# and has developed customized software for the health domain. She started to assist Faizur after their marriage and while taking care of the family.
