Jim Putman is a nationally recognized pastor, discipleship leader, and author. He is the co-founder and Senior Pastor of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho-one of the most influential churches in the U.S., known for its focus on Relational Discipleship. Jim also co-founded the Relational Discipleship Network (RDN), which equips churches nationwide with his discipleship model and provides built-in reach to pastors, ministry leaders, and men's groups.
